Alyssa Milano Is Happy ‘Insatiable’ Is The Most Binge Watched Show

ou guys might remember when the show aired its first season on Netflix Insatiable received quite a significant amount of backlash. The viewers argued that the story was flawed. Some even said that the likes of Debby Ryan and Christopher Gorham should not get a second season. However, here we are today waiting for Insatiable Season 3, and with Alyssa Milano celebrating.

What is Alyssa Milano Celebrating About?

The comedy-drama series begins with Deby Ryan’s character. Fat-shamed as a teenager, an accident led her to drastically lose weight. She then proceeds to exact vengeance on those who used to bully her.

The story infuriated the viewers who tried to cancel the show by signing an online petition. They claimed that the series will cause eating disorders among teenagers and people would further objectify women.

However, the show’s crew came to its rescue as Alyssa Milano voiced her opinion in the following way:

We are not shaming Patty. We are addressing (through comedy) the damage that occurs from fat shaming. I hope that clears it up.

All of this was around a year ago. After all the drama, the show still pulled through and now we will soon be seeing Insatiable Season 3. Furthermore, Alyssa Milano also posted on her Instagram that just by airing on Netflix Insatiable is the most binge-watched show. According to a report by TV Time App, the show of Christopher Gorham, Debby Ryan, Kimmy Shields, and Dallas Roberts topped the charts between Oct 14 to Oct 20. Well done you guys!
